You have an irregular shaped lot Sir Carlo, hehe. It will be pretty challenging to construct a house (if ever you make the decision to do so) with that lot. Probably only around 65-70% of the lot area to be utilized for the building footprint. What's good is it has a wide frontage.

Properties today here in the Philippines are overbought. It's too high. GDP per capita here is disproportionate to the market price today. So, i'm predicting a real estate crash.

@@nestydavid7093 Economic growth is stagnant. Middle-class income is still low. Only the upper class can afford to buy properties not for them to live but to profit on. Younger millennials struggle to buy a home.

Not a thing in the Philippines. I don't know of any property, particularly land, that depreciated.
