Yeah I don't think there is any Kashmiri restaurant here let alone wazwan. I thought I can only encounter that in a wedding.

That sabudana vada isnt authentic at all.

@@Fufskithis vada seems battered. authentic ones are not. The vada originates from my state in India. Its made from sago pearls btw (the same ones used in Taiwanese desserts).

I see, yeah from this description (and the disappeared comment before) the food here was probably not 100% authentic, but it certainly had some interesting elements to it and provided hard to come by variety to the otherwise chicken tikka masala saturated Indian food scene.
