The main and only thing that bothered me during the ending was that none of the Humans that went to the Good Place seemed to know that Eleanor, Chidi, Tahani, Jason, Michael and Janet risked and tried everything in their power to save them, they are basically the Heroes of the Universe. I was disappointed they never acknowledged how much sacrifice, selfness and every great human quality it took for them to do the outstanding mission they did. They should have a Museum in their honor, explaining their journey of saving millions of souls. I would have liked for Tahani's parents to finally praise her (all it had to take was literally saving the Universe lol). During Jason's farewell party speeches, I was waiting for someone to mention how a Florida man saved the World of something like that. I wish they all got the praise and admiration they deserved, especially Eleanor, Chidi, Tahani and Jason. I understand the decision the writers did avoiding those scenarios, representing their personal growth of becoming less self-centered and in need of attention, it is simply something that bothered me the whole final episode. Scarce humans would or could have done what they did and I think they deserve the recognition for their bravery and sacrifice.

After watching The Good Place, I really hope that their final take on the after life is what awaits me when I die. If I opened my eyes to that classic room and Tahani opening a door telling me to come on in, I wouldn’t hesitate. I don’t care what sort of tests awaited me from there.

The bow that Michael gifts Tahani, is the same one he wore on the first episode!

I am so glad that she didn’t go through the door. She is my favorite character and I don’t think I would have been able to handle it if she went through.

You can literally see and hear Adam Scott’s character Trevor who played the bad place demon fly across the screen at 1:20 in to the video from when the judge flung him across the void

In a sense Tahani has returned to the ocean, but she has also transcended it, becoming a new law/truth if reality. No longer a state of being but an observable truth, like the laws of the universe physics, chemistry, Biology~ A new observable pattern a change in how the waters of the cosmos function
