Man i remember at his peak, Tyson already had the opponent beat before entering the ring. He was so intimidating. And obviously good. It oddly sort of like in rocky 4 went drago gets cut by rocky. The quote , you see, he's just a man, not a machine. Once Tyson lost to buster douglas, he lost some of his edge. And the bigger fact was his personal life was spiraling out of control. Love seeing Tasha's reaction

I miss that place, my family and I would always eat breakfast at that restaurant down the road owned by the big game hunter, and then after we went to the Game Farm we'd hit the go kart track that had the General Lee in the middle of it. I hope so.... but he is decades older than last time he entered the ring... he has gotten slower nomatter how good the promo videos look... Not being able to dodge all Jakes punches like he did in the past can quickly proove to be devastating.... and If he doesn't get a knockout in the first few rounds then stamina might become an issue... And I have to wonder... Do promoters expect them to draw out the fight and atlest go 2-3 rounds... then Tyson is in for a bit of a challenge.... I don't know if he needs the 20 mill.... But personally I wouldn't have risked my reputation and amazing career going up against a much younger and bigger opponent... -But I guess thats why I never became a world champ boxer in the first place! lol

I watched a lot of these fights 'live' and neither I nor my friends had ever seen anything like him. Tyson went for the knock out punch from the very first bell, you weren't supposed to be able to do this but he did it time and time again. If you're going to do more boxing, forget Mayweather, take a look at the great middleweights from the 1980s - Sugar Ray Leonard, 'Marvelous' Marvin Hagler, Roberto 'hands of stone' Duran, and Thomas 'The Hit Man' Hearns. These guys were all around at the same time and fought eachother on many occasions - Leonard was a boxing 'artist' while Hagler simply ripped you apart. some of the best boxing Ive ever seen.

3:55 That second clip is from one of tysons last matches against Danish boxer Brian Nielsen (who was also in the later stage of his career). As a Dane Nielsen was a big favourite of mine, but we all knew he would prolly loose to tyson... But Nielsen was known for being able to take a beating and to hit hard, so we all hoped that Tyson would gas out and Nielsen would have a chance.... The knockdown in this clip wasn't the end of the fight! Nielsen got up.... but eventually threw in the towel because he wasn't abæl to defend himself anymore and didn't wanna risk brain injury... But he was never knocked out by tyson!! Facts about Brian Nielsen: Brian Nielsen (born 1 April 1965) is a Danish former professional boxer and Olympic bronze medalist.[1] He held the IBO heavyweight title from 1996 to 1999 successfully defending it five times, including against Larry Holmes and Phil Jackson, the second highest number of defenses behind Wladimir Klitschko's record of 18. At one point of time, he equaled Rocky Marciano's record of 49 successive wins with no losses. While he never held a world title from any of the main four sanctioning bodies (WBC, IBF, WBA, WBO), he did defeat several former world champions who had, including Orlin Norris, Carlos De León, Jeff Lampkin, and Tony Tubbs.

That's the only guy I've ever seen that even comes close to how scary Tyson is. I'm not necessarily talking about skill, but that crazy animal instinct, death stare and brutal power strikes. You could make many sound arguments about boxers that are technically "better" than Tyson or Klitschko, but it's going to be hard to find anyone else that has that killer instinct that you can actually see in their eyes. Those dudes are terrifying.

While training for this fight with Jake Paul, he spared with Floyd Mayweather. He knocked Mayweather out cold. 58 and he still has that stick and move, bob and weave, peek a boo style with great speed, hands and power. Part of why though, is his technique is flawless. His footwork is flawless. So it allows him to generate the speed and power that makes him so dangerous. She needs to see the complete knockouts compilation. Absolutely insane what he was doing in the ring. That he has that pit bull build and lion mentality just makes him that kind of guy who you wouldn't want to step to at 95 years old, let alone now. Easily the most dangerous combination of skills ever and if he gets that hook to the body, uppercut to the jaw combination on Jake Paul's body and face, it's over. Jake Paul will need surgery to repair the damage. He might very well retire after this fight. Tyson, who knows if he will fight after tonight. But knocking Mayweather out...tells me the Killer in him is still there and Mayweather might be Tyson's next professional fight. Though I could see a couple of fights against younger opponents as well. I don't know if Tyson will want to fight for the title again, I doubt it, but I can see him trying for 1 or 2 more fights before retiring for good.

The youth advantage isn't nothing, but Tyson won't underestimate him and Paul is unbelievably overconfident. If Tyson doesn't pull his punches I think he's only gonna have to hit that kid a couple times. Close to 50 years of fighting, animal instincts, crazy training plus "dad strength" is a pretty significant set of advantages.
