Right but you're missing one thing there is no Superior martial art there's only a superior martial artists and not one is better than the other you can put any person from any form or Style together to fight and really it boils down to passion intuition and how much training they've had into their style/art

You should research DR. YANG jwing Mings taijiquan.. his teachings are very martial oriented.
@powerbar19813 жыл бұрын
@@nicorios6056 Ahh... You mean Yang Family I think. As far as I know Chen Family taught Yang Lu Chan. From here it changes again and again based on other user style.. Sure there is a fighting move like martial arts, but the essence of power release becomes less until only left nothing. That's what happened when the internal power cultivate and restore are poor (since internal chi training cultivation and restore takes time and nature are no longer as same as 700 years ago). Therefore, the easiest way to solve the problem is to change the move into couple of moves to meet the sa one move... Back in the day Zhang San Feng era or Chen Family in Chen village, fighting with intruder, army that include many peoples.. You need just less moves 2 or 3 but comes with great release internal power enough to open space to run or escape and as well avoided attack from the behind. And these days, most Tai Chi today consists over 15 sequence and above and not 12 the original sequence. Go to Mount Wudang to further more about this change. I only reached this point only about this.

It's not totally gone yet actually, Choson Ninja in KZbin here can release powerful strikes after doing some circular motions with his arms and waist. Those instructions were long deleted though. Purpose designed art to counter foes bigger than you several times. I'll put it this way to ignorants that fail to understand. No one is dumb enough to stand in front of a train running towards you, what you can do is just trip it and there she goes flying to oblivion.

@stefanschleps87583 жыл бұрын
You have been misinformed. Tai Chi Ch'uan was not "designed to counter foes bigger than yourself". But the philosophy of Tai Chi. To avoid incoming force, and to deflect and redirect that force, rather than block it. Makes it practical for anybody. Size and mass will always matter. Only at a very high level do you see the disadvantage of the one over the other. Tai Chi does offers striking techniques, and Chin-na and shuai jiao. Which give the person skilled in these arts a fighting chance against others who are not so skilled. Hollywood and ignorance have mythologized this incredible art. Unfortunately today, far too many people think that the art is "designed" to make the man. Thats completely wrong. As it is always the man that makes the art. Good luck. And even if you had access to those he wouldn't use it still I get what you're saying floors is cool I do it as well for fun but it's not something you would have to do for training especially for Tai Chi everything he is using he is able to have his hands-free without holding something that is how you get the best Qi training... you have to understand Tai Chi is not meant to fight or for fighting it can be used for fighting in self-defense because of the Motions that are being given through the forms in which the energy is moving the body. The true meaning behind Tai Chi or spelled correctly "TaiQi" is just that, Qi... Qi is energy Pure Energy Universal energy Lifeforce however you want to look at it its internal and external energy so Tai Chi is used as a platform to develop the Qi in an individual which also brings good health from the bone marrow's to the lungs to the skin it helps with depression and or anxiety because it has a lot to do with breathing which is also known as QiGong which is the practice of breathing which is also Qi.. you see in order for our bodies to have energy we have to be alive and breathing our breath is our main key for survival without our breath Nothing Else Matters and we are dead if we breathe too heavily then our body and our heart pulse is fast therefore can cause anxiety and or high blood pressure so concentrating on breathing while doing Tai Chi keeps the energy as one and if they are not as one it is because you are not mentally calm. Our breath goes along with our feelings and our thoughts AKA our emotions based on our emotions is what determines how fast are heart is pumping therefore how fast we are breathing so we can control our emotions and our thoughts then we can control our breathing but in order to control our emotions and our thoughts we have to control our breathing first
@lifewithnofilterlnf49113 жыл бұрын
If you focus on just breathing then that is all you think about and you won't have any other thoughts in your mind with won't cause your heart rate to elevate or decrease

1, Old man very very rich at that time. 2, Give him a Thai Kick, then U think what will happen ?
@adcyuumi3 жыл бұрын
It depends on which kick it is. Leg kick to the thigh? Higher? Front kick? ... Generic answer. Given what I know in Tai Chi and Muay Thai, and what I have put into practice on multiple occasions -- the Tai Chi practitioner, if they know how to apply Tai Chi's movements to combat, will drop their hips as they absorb the kick by crossing both forearms (forming a V, or an X if you imagine it that way better). The leg will 100% be caught, and the Muay Thai fighter will be spun down to the ground with as much force as the Tai Chi practioner wishes -- it can be a gentle landing in the hope of getting the other person to decide against fighting, or it can be a forceful spill intended to injure and wind the other person. Tai Chi is extremely, extremely good at defending against kicks. It softens them, avoids them, and catches them any number of ways. Where it can struggle is against quick feinting punches from a well trained boxer, particularly a left or right hook. This can be overcome by becoming familiar with that attack, but traditional Tai Chi movements do not have anything that is ideal against that strike. ... Where Tai Chi fails is that teachers do not know how to teach its combat applications. They teach the form but not the function, because the function was never taught to them. That is to say that the failing is not within Tai Chi, but in the way it is taught and the level at which it is taught. ... More importantly. A person who practices Tai Chi stays healthy and able to defend themselves even into old age -- it's the only martial art that removes any techniques from its practice that are shown to have long term ill effects on the body. In contrast, a Muay Thai fighter slowly destroys their body over time; you cannot practice high impact fighting like that forever. So while a young Muay Thai fighter might defeat a young Tai Chi practitioner, an older Muay Thai fighter would have no chance whatsoever against an older Tai Chi practitioner.
