thank you so much. i have been diagnosed of fibromyalgia and i found this so helpful. i found this a little simpler than the seated ones which are a little non intuitive and take some time to get used to. but those videos are very good too.

This seems to be kicking in after bumping up to doing the session twice in a row twice a day adding up to about 34 minutes.

Hi Tokyo, sorry for my earlier reply I thought you meant that there was something going wrong technically! I am glad it is helping, there are lots of longer Tai Chi videos on KZbin too, try a variety and see what suits you best. Also once you have the 18 movements in your head, practice slowing the breathing right down which in turn slows the movements down and becomes far more connected. This video is quite quick but the movements can last longer and be felt more deeply. Any questions, please just ask. Best wishes. Kate

@@MySimpleSteps Thank you. Your video was recommended by a psychologist helping me deal with Asperger's. I'll probably be able to stop watching and make it my own after a while.

@@kateoldham324 Hello, Kate. I just did it three consecutive times at the .75 speed for KZbin settings. That accumulates to about thirty-three minutes. Thank you for the tip to get closer to how it should be done. The breathing connection part of it is now making a lot more sense. I can mimic and you make it clear. Take care, Seth

love the video. Very similar to the exercises I did in class. Any chance you could add the name of each movement like you did with the seated Tai Chi video please. Just to remind us of the movements.

Hi, I can send you a description of each move by email if you like, or the easy learn in 3 movements at a time videos may be useful. If I find a way to do it on the video I will try! Hope that helps. 🙏

Hi Gary, thank you for your comment. I wasn't very technical years ago, but I will see what I can do. You can do the section ones that have the names in the beginning of the video if that helps. I will try my best 😁
