Interesting. Similar to Shotokai karate compared to Shotokan karate. I've practised both in my lifetime still don't fully understand the "softness" of Shotokai. I think Mitsusuki Harada demonstrates better than i could possibly attempt to explain. Whatever the martial art it is however, only as good as the practitioner. Wish i was young again so i could study your art. Love the videos.

Shifu Clear, may I know that in the levels of Fali(发力), Fayi(发意), Faqi(发气), Fajin(发劲), and one more(what's that?), is the first two levels mere brute force? How do I get to Faqi and fajin, as in what exercise? I feel that I'm using strength in my muscles, and not relaxed at times. How does it feel when u are doing the Faqi and fajin in your body?
