Oh, it's also helped me evade on three occasions sudden attacks by dogs. All three timed, I evaded the dogs. In one, I ran through water to mask my scent then hid in bushes as two Doberman ran right past me. Lo I then went the other direction. Another time I ended up chased by a German shep that got lose and came running after me viciously. I ran down an ally and up an eight foot wall using ninjutsu wall climbing shotenjutsu skills and the dog couldn't get me. I ran to a tree and climbed up it as this dog was smart and went around to try to continue to come after me. He got to the tree and sniffed around then took off. I waited a bit until I saw him no more then jumped down. These were just every day random events. Another Shepard one time got lose from its owner as i was with a friend tkd instructor down town Dallas. The dog took off after us. Huge Shepard. The lady couldn't contain him on his leash. I stood still and looked at her not the dog as my friend took off running, the dog chased him instead up onto my car! I yelled, get off my car! Lo the lady ran to contain her dog trying to tear at him. He said sorry man, that dog was out to take a chunk outta me! Lastly, was on a mountain hiking trip, had a friend fall off a ledge. Was in Madagascar mountain peak. 500 foot drop. I instinctively used zempo keiten to grab his arms and pack to pull him up as I wedged between two rocks. Had I not rolled to grab him, I honestly feel he would have fallen. He was sliding off the edge. rolling skills ukemi of ninpo saved his life. Other artists need to stop bashing other styles and other instructors and students. As that is not the mature martial artist way. I've seen some of the best instructors in budo ninpo that can throw down. It's an art that has a wide variety of skills and teaches things other arts don't. It's been proven in ancient wars and is not meant for the ring. You can't put ninpo in a box. It's a weapons art. Meant for survival hand to hand. Not rules. Just respect each other's arts as ego on the streets....can get you killed

Excellent soplutions to defend attacks. But why attacks are so simple? In everyday life often the opposite is true. A multi- level arrangements of attacks and defence woiuld be more instructive to students at all levels of proficiency. Best regards Paul

TAI JITSU NORD it's Taijutsu . Taijitsu doesn't exist ... it's because of bullshit like this that Jujutsu it's wrongly called jiu-jitsu instead of Jujutsu. ... At least know the name of the art

The techniques are valid. It’s getting them there that’s the problem. If a one armed guy attacks you and holds his arm extended, you got him. This is where live sparring or rolling makes the difference.
