അയഡിൻ ചേർത്ത ഉപ്പ് എന്നുമുതൽ സർക്കാർ നിര്ബന്ധമാക്കിയോ അന്നുമുതലാണ് തൈറോയ്ഡ് പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ ഇവിടെ കൂടിയത്. വിദ്യാ സമ്പന്നർ വരെ ഇതിനെ സപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്നു. എണ്ണ എന്നുപറഞ്ഞ് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത് എല്ലാം liquid parafin ആണ്. ഒരു കിലോയ്ക്ക് 20 രൂപ വില. Essence ചേർക്കുമ്പോൾ വെളിച്ചെണ്ണയും എള്ളെണ്ണയും ഒക്കെ ആകും. Essence ചേർത്തില്ലെങ്കിൽ അതാണ് തവിടെണ്ണ.

Dr എന്റ ഉമ്മാക് തൊണ്ടയിൽ ഒരു മുഴ കണ്ടു. ടെസ്റ്റ്‌ എല്ലാം ചെയ്തു. Needle test ചെയ്തു. കുഴപ്പമില്ല എന്നാണ് dr പറഞ്ഞത്. But ആൾക്ക് ഇപ്പോൾ നല്ല ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ഉണ്ട്. തൊണ്ട വേദനയും ഉണ്ട്. മരുന്ന് കഴിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങീട്ട് 5മാസമായി. ഇപ്പോൾ അത് നേരത്തേലും വലുതായി.
