Well If you want to compare these twins then you should consider variant wise comparison. If your budget is less and you still want to buy automatic variant then Kushaq Ambition model is value for money as it gets following…( I am talking about second top variants of both cars in automatic transmission 1.0 L) 1] Kushaq gets Skoda’s white Led projector headlamps where as Taigun Highline gets normal halogen headlamps. 2] Kushaq feels lighter than Taigun and its pickup is good. I have driven both and didn’t find any difference in pickup. 3] Kushaq stance is more like a SUV so road presence is better than Taigun. 4] Taigun High line AT comes with wireless mobile charger but that is a slow charger. Both cars have 4 USB C type charging ports which support fast charger. 5] Volkswagen group has definitely degraded interior quality in both the cars. Rattling sound usually comes from rubber bidding attached between doors and frame. Once its is lubricated properly with oil then this issue will be solved. 6] When I took test drive of Taigun it was already driven for about 18k KM and windows were shattering like a state transport bus. Hope these cars remain intact from inside as they age.

The thing is - If you have aim to get a car in the segment of Kushaq but you think the EPC error problem is pricking your mind, try to go for Taigun. If you have someone who owns the Kushaq, try to take that persons opinion on the car. You wont lose out on any feature whatsoever...except for cabin space maybe, because Taigun is 4 mm shorter in length. The prices of these 2 cars are pretty nice and offer features that no other manufacturer gives.

There is one thing that you missed ..there is subwoofer with 6 speakers (4speaker 2 tweeters) in skoda but there is only 6 speaker ( 4 speaker 2 tweeters) in taigun

Actually both of them, even though they come from the same group, are not the same. They have a significant difference in the way they drive. If you are someone who values comfort over driving manners, you should go for the Skoda. However, if you are someone who absolutely loves to drive a car to its hilt, then you should just close your eyes and buy yhe VW

In spite of being same presently Kushaq & Salvia Sales nos. are double than Taigun & Virtus. It indicates Skoda Cars have better exterior & interior looks or maybe Indians have more trust & confidence in Skoda as a brand than VW. India me kuch bhi ho sakta hai. Its a very different market place.

Skoda 1.5 MT style variant has more features (eg airbags, subwoofer,etc) than Taigun 1.5 Mt variant. If one wants automatic, Taigun gt plus is better. If one wants the 1.5 manual, Skoda is the better one as its features loaded.

1. Taigun has little better interior quality & look while Kushaq is not blingy outside. 2. I like Kushaq's steering wheel while Taigun is not far behind. 3. Roof lining of both the vehicles are ultra cheap. 4. Taigun's empty switch modules above AC control looks ugly. 5. Kushaq's MID is too basic 6. Both them do not have under hood insulation. 😖 Baki - 2 Jism, 1 Jaan. 😂

I have taken test drive of both vehicles in 1.0 AT model. I felt engine of Taigun is better tuned and offers a slightly better pick up. Whereas Kushaq has better suspension , I felt less bumps in Kushaq compared to Taigun.. If anyone experienced the same please let me know in replies .. Thanks 🙏🏻 And one more thing, both cars offers Tire pressure warning system and not monitoring system.. You will be notified if pressure in tires go below certain level, but it will not show actual pressure in tires. Dear owners please correct me if it’s not the case

@@IamSpidey007 Yes I agree the top model price of kushaq/Taigun are almost same as creta/seltos but they are comparatively little smaller in length(75mm) and width (30mm) but former offers a bigger wheelbase(41mm), so interior feels spacious in them.. also the engines of German duo offers slightly better power and torque.. So it’s totally upto the buyers what they are looking for. All these cars falls in same segment so their prices are kept competitive.
