In the earlier games I had some slip ups with Taii Wakeen. If you can clear units AND develop Taii, always develop Taii first so that you can draw off of her effect!

Man your content is just amazing. You instantly became my favorite arena content creator, just awesome stuff. I noticed you made a video for new players, could you maybe make a video one day on how to create decks like you? Or how you create an off meta deck?
@MegaMogwai4 ай бұрын
Thanks for the kind words! I could do a video like that later down the line, right now i'm hyper focusing on keeping the daily decks coming, since we got started less than two weeks ago! I'll keep this suggestion in mind though, thanks again man real happy you like the content!

If you really want to know it I recommend you searching for swimstream. He had a few videos about deckbuilding tips. He made continously good meta decks while LOR was good. Basically it is a matter of problem-solving. Learning concepts like low floor and high ceiling. It is very complex and you need years of experience. I was doing okay decks and my decks got better at that time when I learned some concepts. Probably the best tip has to be that the deck needs to work together under the same synergy. Mog makes a lot of testing but other deckbuilders just by theorycrafting they get very close to the final deck. Most of the time you'll have a core of cards and then the rest to adapt to the meta or solving problems that come with the deck itself. Hope it helps.

You know, I see some people say your decks aren't all that original - and I mean, maybe not when there are millions of other players. But I really enjoy the diversity and I always have. Somehow other youtubers doesn't quite reach the same level of different playstyles between decks, even if they switch from aggro to control between videos, and its kinda strange.

22:17 TW, Perfect Shot draws you a card when you deal damage equal to a creature’s toughness. The creature you killed showed a 2 in the toughness space of its stat block, but that was because it was a 4 toughness creature with 2 damage marked on it. Its toughness still counts as 4, so even though it displays that you only need to deal 2 to kill it, you’d still need to deal 4 damage to draw a card. Similarly, you could deal 1 damage to a 1 toughness indestructible creature repeatedly to draw over and over again!

I'm glad this video has more matches than usual. I know you like to keep videos relatively short, but more matches help showcase the decks better in MtG. I wouldn't mind longer videos so the decks can be showed more against multiple types of match-ups.

Just ran this deck at my local FNM and won 🎉 had some ill-timed explosions instead of the deluge. But the big winner was the deserts from outlaws. Dropping a land and dealing 9 to face felt pretty good. Did follow it up with 3 helixs doing 12 😊

The cool thing about this build is that it's practically rotation proof; Out comes Memory Deluge, in goes Farsight Ritual, which is an amazing replacement. Same with End the Festivities and in comes Tectonic Hazard, or even Caught in the Crossfire. Your content has been nothing short of superb, and I'm enjoying everything you're doing. If y'all haven't subscribed, please do so!

Mogwai, you have been in a sequence of AMAZING decks. I want to craft it all. They're so creative and fun to play - I haven't seen Taii before and now I'm going for it cause this deck seems so cool. Same for Mycotyrant and Flbpth - I'm digging for rare cards to build these. Thanks for the great content!

Super fun loking deck. Really makes me wish i had the wildcards to just build whatever my mind comes up with as well. Pretty crazy how Pay-to-Win this game feels most of the time.
@joshd02054 ай бұрын
Mtg not pay to win- if all the best deck needed like 40 mythic wildcards, maybe, but that is not necessary at all. You can craft a full mono red deck within a week of downloading the game and you could easily climb to mythic with that.
@EggsAreGood554 ай бұрын
@@joshd0205 Yeah you could grind enough to get a mono red deck eventually. But if you spend money you can literally unlock any and every single card that you could want. And when you have all of the best decks possible, you will clearly get to mythic way quicker and easier then someone who does not have every card... Obviously. Therefore you can pay, to win more. Couldn't break it down simpler then that lol.
