Hi Murray! We are actually still waiting for our Echo Auto sample. We want to get this done, but we need to get our hands on one. We've sent in multiple requests to get one. Hopefully soon :(

How do you open two doors with one sensor? Like if you park in left garage door but your spouse parks in the right garage door and you need to get out of your car and walk to the right to get into your house?

If I have two sensors in two different cars and one leaving one stay would the garage door close or open?

If you leave it will close whatever door you programmed it to close regardless of whether or not another vehicle sensor is still in the garage. It is often the case where someone has 2 or more cars in the garage, but leave in one. It will close the door if it detects that you’ve left in any car with a sensor and you didn’t already close the door before leaving.

@@AlibabaOC Yes that is no problem. If one car is home already and you arrive home in your other car, it would still open the door upon arrival.

Good morning, I set up my vehicle sensor with no problems, however I gave my wife access as a guest. She has access to Tailwind but I can't set up the vehicle senor in her car to auto open the garage door. Do I need to establish a separate account for her? Please advise, thanks!

If you share access with her under the "share access" menu, she will log into the Tailwind app using her email address and password. Then she will tap on "vehicle list" and add the vehicle in her app on her phone.

What about going thru Auto Echo that is connected via aux port? Possible?

We've tested Tailwind with Echo Auto and the commands work fine. You can control your Tailwind garage using Alexa on Echo Auto.

why doesn't it work with Apple, since apple has Bluetooth?

It does work fine with iPhones, but if you want the auto-open feature you need a vehicle sensor because Apple does not allow apps to detect the presence of vehicle Bluetooth connections.
