I was born in 85. Growing up in 90s was cool. This movie was playing on repeat etc. as I was coming up. Somehow still a classic.

Hard to believe Taimak beat out Denzel Washington for that role. My brother had me watching this movie because he was a movie buff.Taimak was a fortunate brother and he picked her to do the role.

What a time to be alive. I was born in 1999, and I wish I grew up in the 80’s-90’s era. This movie is my all time favorite movie today

Wow! Taimak really was a coolie 😅 never would have thought he was so shy abd bashful at this stage in life. Makes his casting even more brilliant. Truly the most inspirational person in my own development as a martial artist, especially being a black man and rhe nerdy one around that everyone called weird. Im forever grateful for him and his portrayal as Bruce Leroy Green🙏🏿 Moreso, i was blessed with the opportunity to meet and train in the presence of Taimak, Billy Blanks, Cynthia Rothrock and a host of other world renowned martial artists just over a week ago. I did everything in my power to make it happen and I did. Such an incredibly hige honor🙏🏿🥋💯🔥

Love this film and still do..but i wish it didn’t have all the music and dancing in it. it’s funny to think that this guy Taimak didn’t do anything else really after doing this film. this was the best thing or film he did. He could have done more
@raisingthebar57663 ай бұрын
Nah, the 80's disco music and dancing is part of what makes it so great and the soundtrack is a timeless classic. 🔥🥋🐲🐉
