Nice video. Question though, can we squeeze in both red and blue routes to a 4 hour pass? Or we need whole day pass to experienxe both?

According to the Chinese version of their website (www.taipeisightseeing.com.tw) you can (not clear on the English version). Between 9:00 and 23:00 you can take both the red and blue line within a 4-hour period.

how long does it takes to completed the RED route as well as the Blue route map? am thinking to get the 4 hours ride pass but worry if enough time if we will get off few tourist spot

Just riding the buses probably takes less than an hour each, but if you get off and on, you have to consider that they run not that often (once every 40 minutes). I just took the bus to get the experience. Living in Taipei I am familiar with all the tourist spots. You can of course get off the bus check out places and get on another bus. But then you might take the MRT for that as well. The bus ride just gives you a different perspective and you can learn about the city with the help of info provided (audio guide).
