Hujiao Bing. Chinese street food and very popular in nightmarkets in Taiwan.
@eatpeacock4 жыл бұрын
China didn't have street food, Chinese chefs flew to Taiwan and they were the kings chefs... they come to Taiwan and open restaurants to make a living, after the 228 protests and Taiwan became a real democracy, Chinese people in Taiwan become less competitive and bring their food to the streets, compete with other Japanese and Taiwanese street foods.
@eatpeacock4 жыл бұрын
so Taiwanese street food was competing with Chinese king's chefs, and Taiwanese created several world famous street food like Taiwanese fried chicken breast, bubble tea, Taiwanese Original cake, Taiwanese Gua Bao, Taiwanese egg pancake
@eatpeacock4 жыл бұрын
in other words, fried chicken breast, bubble tea, original cake, gua bao, egg pancake. These are street food created by poor people. And this pepper pork bun was made by the kings chefs. Beef noodles also made by kings chefs because Taiwanese people don't eat beef, beef works for the farmers and were soul friends to Taiwanese people.
@eatpeacock4 жыл бұрын
China didn't have street food because it's a big slavery country, Peasants are not allowed to eat meat... If famine season comes and have no grains and vegetables, peasants will be eating human meat.
@eatpeacock4 жыл бұрын
Peking duck in Taiwan made by king's chefs are baked to a degree that the skin is crispy and contains no fat at all, while in China and other countries Peking duck is made by peasants and the skin contains a lot of fat, China Peking duck restaurant claims to have the world famous Peking duck traditional recipe, but they don't dare to open one restaurant in Taiwan, in Taiwan the king's chefs sell the ducks on a truck, just like other Taiwanese peasants.

this pork bun is either raw or uses pork sausage, the meat is pink and looks disgusting, the original Taiwanese pepper pork bun is located in Raohe Night Market in Taipei, the food stall is located at the start of the street, and people line is very long. They use ground pork and with no stinky smell, that means the pork is from Taiwan local farmers, not from the US
