Well, the US managed to intercept an ordinary ballistic missile in the test, however Chinese DF missiles are hypersonic missiles that are 10-15 times the speed of sound and they are able to change paths by themselves to search for targets and avoid radar...there's no way the US is able to intercept them as the missiles used for interception are not hypersonic missiles, too slow to catch up and no way to predict the dynamic paths of Chinese missiles.

Why so many people think hypersonic is the top thing around? There's a big reason WHY the US didn't pursue it prior to the present after it was working on it back in the 60s and 70s. Because hypersonic weapons are so fast and maneuverable???? lol The Space shuttle was hypersonic and maneuverable, and it could still be tracked and targeted! LOL Hypersonic is just a cool name. That's all it really is! The faster it goes, the more heat an object will accumulate from atmospheric friction.

Correct, in terms of numbers the PLARF only has 4 DF-26 brigades (possibly 5) that could launch on Guam. Each brigade is equipped with 24-36 missiles. Meaning you get a minimum of 96 and a maximum of 180 missiles in a single salvo.
