What setting do you use to achieve 40 frames per second? Also how long does the battery last using such a high shutter rate?

Hi! 40fps is using the electronic shutter, and the CIPA rating for the battery is 1,330 shots using the LCD or 700 shots with the viewfinder. Let us know if you have any other questions!

After such a large gap between the Sony flagship and Canons flagship and Canon are still behind. This is just a R3 mkII. Great camera nevertheless.

Guess the Lumix GH7 will be a better solution for such purposes. Even more megapixels for 1/3 of price.
