And since all the previous governement bailed them, no PM want to be the one who refuse to help and be responsable for its fall... As a french Canadian from Québec, I never understood why we should be proud of this crappy companny division ; we collectively lost billions in it in the last years, for a companny Who should have filled for bankruptcy years ago, all that to sell their only decent project to Airbus, at a loss and totally betraying the ridiculous amount of public monney invested in the project. One of my friends does yacht interiors. He always puts lattices of LED's underneath stone/granite floors and countertops giving the stonework a warm glow from within. Aircraft interior finishers should do the same. Who knows, I just might have to pick up a G700 type rating and pick up a side gig outside the B744/B748 (I used to fly corporate jets)...

I have a g700 on order. The g800 has more range but the g700 is faster and has a larger cabin. The g700 has the range to go anywhere that I want to go.

Yeah, what I appreciate the most about the 7500s design is the separation between areas. It sounds contradictory, but separate areas make it feel bigger.

@@fakesox3550 I have a few times and I am a gulfstream fanatic primarily due to how huge the windows are. The G650 interior is unreal and it seams the G700 has gone backwards.. the global 7500 definitely takes the cookie on the basis of the interior. gulfstream looking a little tacky here..

I would hate to have to make the decision between the G700, Embraer Praetor 600 and Bombardier 8000. It would come down to price and what range you absolutely need, I suppose, but they all seem to be very very good at the mission.

praetor isn't a competitor to the g700 or global8000. Both the g700 and Global8000 or 7500 will cost well above $ 70 million whereas the praetor only costs $21 million. But i would say the praetor is currently the best aircraft in it's class.
