Increase your physical activity around campus! Take a movement break, walk a trail, and take the stairs. This video gives you three sample routes ("Study Break", "The Scenic Route" and "The Challenger") which feature a range of difficulty levels and lengths and are perfect for incorporating some physical activity into your day.
