Take a Tour of Justin Medeiros’ Rogue Fitness Garage Gym

For the second time in history, a CrossFit workout will be hosted by CrossFit and announced live from a garage gym - Justin Medeiros’ home gym, to be exact.
The two-time Fittest Man on Earth and four-time CrossFit Games athlete Colten Mertens will be the first to take on Open Workout #24point2 inside the “Shred Shed.”

certainly, whatis a home gym?. I think is a small gym at home with a basic equipment and accesories. but this example video gym is a gym of fittest man on earth.........
