Beautiful house but way overpriced. 34MB for a bit more than 400sqm is crazy. Everywhere you are looking at walls. The fee of 30 THB/sqm is ok, but the pool and garden maintenance fee is too high.

The car park area needs built-in provisions for electric car charging. Solar and house battery infrastructure as part of the house energy needs should also be part of the fundamental structure from the original plan. Otherwise the property is already outdated. Adding those functions and capabilities later as an afterthought is less than ideal.

Their is projects that do have solar systems sold with Villas, i agree all new villas should have, or be solar ready from the start
