Given the persisting global economic crisis, it's essential for individuals to focus on diversifying their income streams independent of governmental reliance. This involves exploring options such as stocks, gold, silver, and digital currencies. Despite the adversity in the economy, now is an opportune moment to contemplate these investment avenues.
@Joshi-d5m18 күн бұрын
The pathway to substantial returns doesn't solely rely on assets with significant movements. Instead, it revolves around effectively managing risk relative to reward. By appropriately sizing your positions and capitalizing on your advantage repeatedly, you can progressively work towards achieving your financial goals. This principle applies across various investment approaches, whether it be long-term investing or day trading.
@bnkchick18 күн бұрын
I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day investment decisions being guided by an advisor, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using my advisor for over 2years+ and I've netted over 2.8million.

People should concentrate on diversifying their sources of income so they are not dependent on the government, especially in light of the ongoing global economic crisis. This entails investigating choices like digital currencies, equities, gold, and silver. The time is right to consider these investing options despite the economic downturn.

Significantly moving assets are not the only thing that can lead to large gains. Rather, it centres on the efficient management of risk in relation to reward. You can gradually work towards reaching your financial objectives by properly sizing your investments and consistently taking advantage of your advantage. This idea is applicable to a variety of investment strategies, including day trading and long-term investing.

Transfer of wealth usually occurs during market crash, so the more stocks drop, the more I buy. In the meanwhile I'm focus on my eventual retirement, and my goal is to retire with at least $2m. What stocks do you think have the best chance to 10x in 5 years?
@justlikeasoldier21 күн бұрын
my top suggestions are NVIDIA and AMD, they have the tendency to become the next APPL for the next decade, apparently there are strategies that can be put in place for colossal gains, but such execution is usually carried out by a seasoned advisor or portfolio manager
@beautifulpeopleonearth21 күн бұрын
Indeed, the best way to go about the market is by a portfolio coach. I totally missed out on stock market opportunities amidst pandemic crash in early 2020, thus I immediately researched for license advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. As of today, I'm only about 25% short of my $1m goal.

Is there a video on how to find the owners of businesses? Sounds pretty simple to be but there are a few businesses (laundromats that don’t have staff working in them) I would like to take over but I can’t seem to find the owners online or anything.

"Given the significant rise in living costs and business expenses (property, labor, regulations), it's increasingly challenging for small businesses to generate sufficient cash flow to sustain themselves. I'm curious to see real-world examples of balance sheets demonstrating how small businesses are successfully navigating these economic conditions. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated."

Hey Codie, I subscribed to your channel as I like the content and share the same idea in life, for owning your business. I am about to start a laundromat business in NYC.Wandering , how, where to find a person towards retirement that wants to sell the business for future percentage of return. I would like just to buy it and pay a percentage annually. I want badly to start this business in these terms of buying with percentage annually. Would be my appreciation if you can help with any clue, how to get out the 9-5 rate race of NYC. I really hate this rat race. Let me know please, if you can help. Finally your content is great for whom wants to change in life. Thanks

I dont understand how to buy it for Zero down if the business is listed through a Broker. Who pays the Broker? How long do you give a Broker to respond before you try and hunt down the Owner?
@eliwilson390221 күн бұрын
I know a guy who did exactly that. Was a great employee at a local business and the owner wanted to sell. Ended up offering it to his best employee. Put him on a payment plan and the employee took over. He now has opened up multiple locations which he has sort of franchised out (I don't believe with royalties but rather he just gets small equity in them) and he has done a great amount of improvements from getting more employees and updating the building a few times. If you're a business owner looking to sell, look in your community and also to your employees. Thry will be the ones to take the most care of it.

The avg. American is having a tough time, I know I am not alone. There are others in same position as me. By certain statistics: 22% of americans have no retirement savings. 64% are worried that they will not have money in latter years while 47% of adults who are not yet retired think they have to work part-time in retirement. How can I best grow the 100k I have saved seperately outside retirement access which of course had depleted over the years?
@eloign714716 күн бұрын
It's recommended to save at least 20% of your income in a 401k. You can use online calculators to estimate how much you should save based on your age and income. Saving at least 20% of your income in a 401(k) can help ensure that you have enough money to retire comfortably. By saving this much, you can take advantage of compound interest and potentially grow your retirement savings over time.
@rogerwheelers432216 күн бұрын
Effective personal finance management is more important than the amount of money saved, regardless of whether income is earned through job or investment. Individuals can seek counsel from a certified financial advisor to optimize financial outcomes, who can provide specialized advice and methods to decrease expenses and maximize income.
@joshbarney11416 күн бұрын
I completely agree; I am in my mid 40s, approaching retirement, and have approximately over 2million dollars in external retirement funds. I am debt free and have very little money in retirement funds compared to the total value of my portfolio over the past three years. To be honest, the Fin-advisor can only be neglected, not rejected. Just do your due diligence to identify a fiduciary one.

A good number of people discredit the effectiveness of financial advisors in exploring new markets, but over the past 10years I’ve had a financial advisor consistently restructure and diversify my portfolio/expenses and I’ve made over $3million in gains… might not be a lot but i'm financially secure.
