I really like the kitchen. Lots of cabinets are just what you need. I absolutely love all the storage space in the main floor bedroom. The more, the better in my opinion. I like the bathroom in this one only thing I might change is to remove the tub in favor of a walk in shower. But over all a very good lay out. I like it very much.

I've been watching tiny videos for four years so I am rarely surprised by a floor plan now days. But this one is surprising and exciting and absolutely what I would want to order. The only thing I'd change is needing a walk in shower as I am handicapped. Having the bedroom on the main floor is perfect. I just love this one!!!❤

This is the best tiny home I have ever seen! I love the custom built desk and the only thing I would change would be to forgo the extra pull out table and add a keyboard tray. If I ever decide to actually move into a tiny home, this would be the one!

I like the bedroom downstairs. the bathroom is nice I like the shelfs in it ....I do not care for the way you inter in the house and that tiny space to get into the living room...how did you get the sofa in there? Oh and I like the way you did the desk with the pullout table...if I ever need a wheel chair or walker ( I'm 67) that would be a pain getting into the house with the step and that small area to get to the living room....and also the cabinet with the lazy Susan the door hits the sink I don't know if it would be a pain trying to get the Instant pot in and out

Totally agree with the stackable washer/dryer, and no tub. I also love the nestable table under the desk, however, it needs to be on rollers. LOVE the sink in the bathroom, it's a bit wider, and still has some counter space. So for being so small, it is very well thought out. In the bedroom, the storage wall, I don't think a woman designed it, as there is no full hanging for dresses. If it were for me, I'd make the upstairs the bedroom, and use the bedroom downstairs for an office. Also, if you have a bit larger friend visiting? It's terribly narrow on the entryway to the kitchen area.

I love everything except still need a 2nd half bath. Even if there was an option to add it to the non window wall in the bedroom it would be great. I've seen some where the sink is really part of the toilet tank so it doesn't have to be a huge space. For many of us senior couples with various health issues like cancer and diabetes, it's a necessity to have that 2nd partial bath. Maybe the option could be built and plumbed in the siding where adding that on the side could be easily removed if transporting to a different location. Or a water closet in the loft.

Every vid I see is another variation that I say I like better than the last! It's v close to what I'm planning. Btw, on that queen loft, how many lbs can you put in there? I agree with the others here - all your designs are top-notch, and it's clear that a lot of thought goes into each one. The only issue I have with this design is entering the home into a hallway - and worse still, looking right at a toilet! You'd want to keep that washroom door closed at all times. Entering into a hallway, though, there's no practical place to hang your jacket, leave your shoes, or park your keys & phone. It can seem "tight" - and that's especially a shame here bc there's a soaring open layout immediately to the right! Still, I appreciate that you can't have everything - and that maxim must be especially true when you're limited by size. Personally? I'd always be willing to sacrifice height somewhere on the main level to get a stand-up loft - the entertainment area across from the sofa is ideal for that.I think this will become especially relevant over time, as we have an aging population that will find crawl-in lofts impractical - and I suspect many of the buyers of these homes will turn-out to be older single women, who'll appreciate being able to stand by the bed, and select clothes from a full-height wardrobe.

❤Beautiful, I really like it I would have to change a lot I’m short the to; cabinets would be very difficult for me to access. The bed I wouldn’t want, I have my own, and even if I didn’t I still would not want that. Also I would need the tube for people who are disabled or elderly, don’t have to worry about slipping or tripping getting out of it. 🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾

I currently live on a farm in a very old farmhouse built in the late 1800. I one day hope to downsize to a tiny on wheels similar to y'all's build layouts. I'd opt for steel/semi-steel framing though.

40” tall. So you’ll probably want a short chair. Or some folks design it so they sit on the floor and hang their legs down through a hole built under the desk…

His couch comes in 3 sections which were basically the same size as an “easy chair” so that should work. The only other furniture needed is the mattress.

The house is lovely, however as a kitchen designer I would say that the lazy Susan in the kitchen will always be difficult to use because of the refrigerator that is deeper on the left and the farm sinks that sticks out on the right. The door will never properly open because the door hits the sink. Everything else is so well thought out, but this is something that should be changed. The one other thing I noticed is the very narrow walkway into the kitchen/living room that would make it very difficult to replace the refrigerator when it fails. Other than these 2 thing it is a nice home
