@@EllysEscape That's a good question! Thnx for asking, u got a point, I see a punk soul in you and I like that... So yea, kinda sounded like a party-spoiler the last time, putting down the current situation, but what I meant to say was precisely that!: the fact that most of today's rock and alternative music sounds over-produced and has nothin important or new to say other than trying to re-live past glories... But unlike most of nowadays productions, old tunes like this have just the right ammount of studio trickery to get that balance of having a professional sound and still sound soulful, human and alive. ...And on the other hand I meant that there's a lot of "raw and passionate" garbage as well, precisely because record companies don't sign bands anymore (unless they sell themselves and go the over-produced pop way) and due to the costs, recording/mixing/mastering It's a privilege in an exploited country like Mexico, so most of the people who get to make and album here are only the wealthy/hetero/cisgender/healthy Whitexicans who live without a care in the world inside their bubbles, thus resulting in plastic shit... While the ones who live through tough lives (for whatever reason) and make the most relatable music, just can't afford going indie, or maybe they go, but sounding pretty bad and having little to none impact most of the times:/
