What a beautiful simultaneous destruction from both teams! I remember when EMP bombers were the most overpowered unit in the game (after ticks). Not gonna lie I'm very happy they got nerfed into the ground. Fun-killing unit.

You're underselling the naval presence, sure you could reclaim them, but having an entire naval force parked outside means that the bases they can reach are being denied. The red team's entire eastern flank was left permenantly vacant due to a single capital ship.

Yeah, this is a good point; Blowing up a Geothermal and the base around? Juicy. Ensuring the enemy doesn't rebuild that geothermal nor any of the nearby mexes for the next 20 minutes? Priceless

I'm pretty sure Stilletos still do a ton of EMP(stun a razorback).The fact is they're bombers though and that's probably the single hardest unit type to micro, the derp bombing also doesn't help. Probably better for bombing armies on the frontline now

Pro level isthmus means t3 hits the field around 16 min for marauders and 20-22 for razors or vanguard. But choosing to double air paid in dividends so it’s worth it here.

Archangels are good, actually, you just have to move them outside of your base on the path to the bombers. They are more complimentary though.

Make emp bombers shoot a banisher style long range emp missile. then good players can micro them to pull off and fly away as soon as they launch, kind of how the t2 torpedo bombers work.

its strange to me that so many players have poor micro on bombers, im like 15 os but i consistently will split my bombers and target multiple points across a base that are easy kills, eg that mass t1 converter farm, some on the mills (3 by 3's for chain reacts), only time ill deffo target one thing is if im going for an afis and there are little to no other easy targets. maybe i just like chain reactions too much.
