A nice video and great views of the Solent and Portsmouth. Unfortunately, the audio was dreadful. Those microphones 'need' windshields to cut the pops and excess sibilance, no wonder the ATCO was a bit short with you when requesting transit - he couldn't understand you.

Thank you Simon. Its an iPad Air and use a Ram Mount Yoke Clamp. Ram Mounts are fantastic and have lifetime guarantee. I sometimes just need a knee pad too.

@@PrivatePilotFlightVlogs Great, thanks for the swift reply! Presumably its still the case that you need the iPad with the Cellular option to get GPS (but you don't actually need a cellular subscription)? No problems with the size at all?

@@simonphillips4004 I would personally go for a an iPad mini as its a little big and heavy on the yoke, but never had any problems. I have an external GPS which I use connected by Bluetooth. So no live 4G connection.
