Ask the players to choose: Bandits or Bodyguards? Don't tell them any more than that. The scenario: A noble lady (or other NPC) is delivering an item (or message) and the PCs are either trying to steal it or make sure it gets delivered. Start in the middle of the action with the carriage going full speed down the road.
