An alright one, but not a good one - someone who is a good doctor doesn't insult his patients. Of course, it's a major problem that he's in the USA, where healthcare often is a scam (like the Web MD test that claimed everyone who did it had signs of depression, neonatal circumcision of healthy boys, etc.). In most other countries, people would be inclined to trust Becker but in the USA, they'd be inclined to think he's just trying to get more money.

I would want this guy as a doctor than a smooth talking one. And in this case, the patient had ignored the doctor's prescriptions, refused tests and was really acting careless. Doctor was justified in reacting the way he did.
