Today, I'm making something incredibly delicious!
For this, I'll need the simplest ingredients.
This tender mandarin cake is very easy and quick to make, and the result exceeds all expectations!

Ingredients:
Caramelized Mandarins:
- Mandarins - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.
Batter:
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Sugar - 80 g
- Vegetable oil - 110 ml.
- Sour cream or yogurt - 120 g.
- Wheat flour - 200 g.
- Baking powder - 10 g

Preparation Steps:
Prepare the Caramelized Mandarins:
1. Peel two mandarins and separate them into segments.
2. Fry the mandarins in a pan with 20 grams of butter for 4 minutes.
Prepare the Batter:
1. In a bowl, add 1 tbsp of sugar and 3 eggs. Mix thoroughly with a whisk.
2. Add 80 g of sugar and mix thoroughly again.
3. Add 110 ml of vegetable oil.
4. Add 120 g of sour cream or yogurt. Mix well.
5. Add 200 g of wheat flour and 10 g of baking powder. Mix well.
Assembly:
1. Take a 21 cm baking form.
2. Place the mandarins on top of the batter.
3. Bake the cake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
4. Spread any jam of your choice on top of the cake.
