Based on what I just read. There is not need # to match the going rate # for the company to have a license to sponsor # for the payment to be a fixed amount or # to report to the home office as long as it doesn’t exceed 20 hours.

Any job that falls under the table for only renewals, it means that the government will only approve visa sponsorship for those who want to extend or renew their skilled worker visas. Those people are already on the pathway before April 4th. Check whether the job is on Table 6. That is where you will find all the jobs excluded from SOC 2020. All the best!

Those are not accountancy occupation codes. However, since you are asking about those codes, yes, you can do those occupation codes as additional 20 hours a week if you are a skilled worker visa. You don’t need to inform the Home Office if you are on a Skilled Worker visa and are doing those codes for only 20 hours or less in a week. All the best!

If I was sponsored for a job from the shortage occupation list (before 4th april) and if I want to take on supplementary work, am I only allowed to choose from the immigration list? Ex- if I'm an engineer (sponsored based on the previous shortage occupation list) can I take on additional work to be a gardener or baker (not on current immigration list)

No, everyone on a skilled worker visa has to make sure their supplementary employment is in the SoC 2020 tables 1, 2 and 4. Baker and gardeners are not on the SoC 2020 so skilled worker visa holders shouldn’t take them up as supplementary employment according to what is written on the government website. All the best!

Yes as a senior care assistant, you can work for up to 20 hours in another care assistant role, care coordinator role and many other roles outside care with another employer. However, I am not sure whether you are allowed to work as a care administrator because clinical administrator is named as one of the roles you cannot do, check table 6. It might be similar to the care administrator. This is why I said check these things yourself using the ONS tool and the Statement of Changes in Immigration Rules. My opinion might be wrong because I don’t know the exact tasks you will be carrying out in your role as a care administrator and might not match it well. In my opinion, clinical administrator is closest but in your experience it might be another job role and the job might be on Tables 1, 2 and 3 which means that you are allowed to do the role in your 20hours a week. If a child is born in the UK, the child is allowed to be dependent of a care worker even if the application is made after March 11th. It is stated on the UK government website.

In my opinion, it is illegal because it is not one of the occupation codes on the SoC 2020, unless it is owned by your company ( there might be some documentation for this to comply). I am guessing dependents will be allowed to do so. Please don’t listen to me, consult an immigration lawyer. All the best!

How did I miss your question? No, Shop Assistant with 7111 are not on the SoC 2020. I couldn’t see Restaurant Crew member on the ONS tool but Kitchen Assistant, Crew member and Kitchen porter are also not on the SoC 2020.

If what you just wrote means that your main sponsor doesn’t give you job then I would suggest that you apply to other companies that have the license to sponsor and are regulated by CQC (for 6135, 6136, 6145 and 6146).
