I call it the pivoting point ,, your on a bad thought and it feels like a depressing punch in the gut , then you stop the thought dead in its tracks and pivot the other way , vibrate on the opposite end of the frequency (positive end) instead of the negative end and then the universe yields to you in ways that will blow your mind. Love it. I recommend both you and Charisma read the Abraham Hicks books , my life has never been the same since and I can honestly say that those books/AND KZbin videos by Abraham Hicks are so intense that it will change everything in your life for the better. I don’t know where I’d be without them, seriously. But love your channel! You both are a breath of fresh air! God Bless
