I like this takedown sequence a lot from the underhook side major inside trip attempt. If the opponent back steps on that attempt, the transition to the minor outside trip is there on the other side.

While doing this I recommend to watch for you knees!!! Many rupture their acl, mcl or lcl by not pulling their heels close enough to their butt

Dude you are the friggin man! Each time I think to myself I really need more of something I get KZbin and I see bunch flashy stuff that's cool but I find your stuff *so to the point and effective* and even for a White belt like myself it's practical and I'm able to implement into my game. 😅🤙🏻

When I have undertook and over hook position, I can never pull my opponent to step forward. What am I missing?

Can you please post a video on breathing exercises that's designed for Brazilian jiu-jitsu to build stamina in the brain. when I practice Brazilian jiu-jitsu my brain gets strained and I panic because someone told me I don't have enough oxygen in my brain.. I have bipolar and grappling seems to be more of a challenge for me because I'm bipolar and because of my meds. There has to be a breathing exercise that's design to be able to practice Brazilian jiu-jitsu I really want to practice without being strained from it mentally thank u Mr. Knight

You have plenty of oxygen in your brain. If you want do some yoga but you'll breathe better as you get into better shape. You'll get accustomed to it if you go long enough.

Another tip I’d say is to try and breathe and catch your breath whenever you can during your grappling match . Their might be some opportunities during the match where not much is happening and you can catch your breath for a quick second
