I really enjoyed this interview. Ethan, you and Knife did such a great job. The questions Knife asked were great. Razin Ashraf was very opened about his life and business. He was easy to listen to and I found his story very interesting. Seems behind every great man is a equally great woman/wife. :) 🤩

I stumbled on a martial arts class and was waved over by a parent to come sit and watch beside him. So I watched for an hour and a half and even the Sensei came to look outside the dojo and nodded his head at me. As it got late, adults were showing up for the adult classes I'm assuming and a young guy asked me if I wanted to join and I was surprised but said I was okay just watching. He spoke really good English and didn't look "Japanese" so it's possible he was just a foreigner taking a martial arts class on the side which is really cool and I'd do that for sure if I ever got a chance at a long term stay in Japan.

I wish something like that would have happened to me. I think it would have been an amazing experience. And it was awesome that you were up for being there. I think a lot of people would have just walked away. PROPS

Seems recruiting and sales have a lot of overlap. Money is good in both if your willing to work hard and potentially face a lot of rejection.

Recruiters definitely have to be outgoing and be really good at making human connections. It’s hard work, but thanks to Razin, we know it can be very lucrative.
