I have a friend who's a top muay Thai fighter in Holland he thought he was tough and knew everything... Until he went to Thailand to train and fight there. He said he realized he was nothing yet in muay thai

That’s how they do it. 8 hrs every day. 4 hours then rest for 2 hrs and keep going another 4 hrs or 3

The thai’s will have a hard time with Takeru in Kickboxing. He has a real fast instep and burst. It’sa different game when there is no clinch or elbows. Great skills

@@EsutM nope, takeru was outlanding nong o with power punches and effective strikes. nong o got in a couple jabs tho and kicks but his head was almost taken off.
strong techniques. The big issue I see is that Takeru has a poor habit of stepping back and resetting after each technique. He should press forward and not pause.

@@aydobo framing is common but I have seen him fight for real and he doesn’t seem to do this. Just here he constantly hits the pad, resets and rinse and repeat.
