I am a female INTJ (-A,-T) aka an architect... which are only of 0.8% of the population, doing this test really helped me understand why most people seem illogical to me (The reason being that most people think differently to me... who would have known 🙄😂) I think tests like these are so helpful for figuring out how to relate to, and understand better, other personality types

Please understand I'm not calling you or your results out, however, if you read the literature there is a flaw in the testing specific to the INTJ personality type. The way some of the questions are written and can be interpreted by the person taking the test causes quite a lot of people to be misidentified as INTJ. It causes issues specifically with the N and J functions. It is quite interesting to read about.

Unfortunately the general terribleness of MBTI tests mean the original definitions of cognitive Jungian functions are lost, you have a ton of people identifying with truly inaccurate type descriptions, and instead of a helpful psychology tool for understanding yourself and relating to others, you get this strange online one-upping contest that just becomes a platform for people's superiority/insecurity/lack of self-awareness/assorted misanthropy. OK, rant over!

I did the test two times in the past and always had the same result - I'm ENFJ-T! Although I wonder if the results may have changed now that I'm not a student anymore and have worked as a teacher for more than half a year hmm.. I think these tests are super fascinating. Mabe not the most accurate thing but fun and curious - and definetely worth the time taking them! By the way, I love our new upload schedule since you decided to do outube full-time. The fun thing about this specific personaly test is that there is a bunch of scientific research on which personaly traits evolve over time and how they evolve, and there are patterns in which letters change the most on average :) If you're interested in that, I can see if I can find those articles for you :)

@@leanashine Depends on how you approach the problem. Using it to determine workplace compatibility? Trying to "learn more" about yourself? Or to check if your friends will "fit" you? Then it's total horseshit. But. If you use it to assess trends of general personality of groups over time, or as a way of identifying groups of people at risk for mental health issues, or to better help understand the differences and similarities in how cultures view certain personality traits (if their language actually supports translating the concepts used in the personality tests), then it can be pretty interesting if not useful. And please. Don't call random people "sweety" on the internet. It sounds insulting, and my cum laude master's degree in Psychology felt annoyed when reading it.

What a great video-I came to your channel because of your creative making...and got the unexpected bonus of a personality test! I'm a psychologist who makes things in my spare time (knitter & upcycle sewist). The test you took is based on the personality theory of Carl Jung, whose work I used in my Ph.D. thesis, many moons before you were born. I, like you, am an introvert (an INTP or an INFP, depending on how I feel when I'm taking the test). For most introverts, being with people drains their energy & they need alone time to recharge their batteries. Extraverts are the opposite-being with people gives them energy. But, like you, being with close friends is something I enjoy, while being in large groups of more superficially known people is more of a torturous experience. Unless I have a really defined role that I am comfortable carrying out. Thanks for sharing!

Interesting, because I've taken the test before, with some very different questions - and some of my questions this time were different from yours, but I still came out INFP, and when I resumed your video I knew you were going there, too! One thing that I can deeply appreciate about Frodo is that he looks directly at the camera. I know it's not particularly his timing, being that you are a wizard at editing, that he looks exactly when the time is right. As a pet owner myself, I can say that a camera is not the first thing that any of my pets in my life will ever look directly at. (Cue montage of thousands of photos of my cats and dog just slightly looking away but you can tell they were in a cute pose). So, hats off to both you and Frodo! Amazing content, keep it up! (yes, I realize this is slightly over a year old, dont come at me...) :)

Twenty plus change years ago i did the test (along with others) as part of company-organised personel development and classified as INTJ. A lot of us were INTJ but as the workplace was a research lab it's unsurprising there was a lot of I, T&J personalities elements. Sometimes I wonder what I would measure as now.
