jejejeje A ver si no se queja algún sindicato de taxistas por enseñar a regatear a los extranjeros XD ... No sé si pase en México, pero acá en El Salvador, algunos taxistas (no todos, tampoco voy a echar tierra a gente que es honesta) dan más vueltas de las debidas, se van por caminos más largos y así consiguen cobrar más... En mi caso (rara vez tomo taxi, sólo lo uso en emergencias) me toca insistir: "por favor, tome esa calle que por ahí le sale mejor" ... en ocasiones mejor me anticipo y les digo, "después de esa esquina, por favor gire a la derecha/izquierda/tome tal o cual calle", etc. Por aquí sólo hay una aplicación y es Uber, no sé qué tal sea pues nunca la he usado. Muy buen video. Una verdadera guía para el turista :)

@María Fernanda from Spring Spanish jejejeje es que creo que es problema de América Latina y de algunos otros sitios ...se aprovechan de la nobleza de uno XD ... Por suerte, como dices, son más los buenos que los malos... diría que sí pues con eso de que la competencia ha aumentado la mayoría se esfuerza en dejar contenta a la gente. Está buena esa aclaración de "a mí me cobras como paisano eeeh" XD Imagino que en México se pueden tomar el pelo entre paisanos de regiones distantes. Gracias por responder y ¡excelentes videos!

Great video, as usual. But I really don't think you should use the reference to Alzheimer's ... Median l Mexican Taxistas don't have a brain deterioration, they just have an affinity to lie and try to jip people. It happens a lot and everyone knows this and hates it. We shouldn't be giving them a pass by lying about the underlying reason. We should be addressing the issue. And it's not because Mexican taxistas don't make enough money. Some taxistas are actually professionals who learned they can make more money driving can than their profession.

She speaks quickly and without enunciating words in Spanish but her English is slow and the words are heavily accented so pretty much this kind of lesson needs just a little adjusting to improve it. There’s SO many videos for Spanish out there that I’ll pass on videos that don’t take the student into consideration. Especially when it’s a Spanish school. One would think someone is trying to find the best methods
