Then a few minutes later when asked about signs...he says there are signs on the lot with this tow company's contact information posted on them. He said it without realizing he was telling on himself and hurting his case. If that tow company's info was on the signs then THAT MEANS THEY ARE THE AUTHORIZED TOW SERVICE. He's a goofball 😂😂😂. Guys like this who think they are slick & love to talk...will usually talk themselves into trouble. Just sit back and let them...they will do all the work. Then the girlfriend...LOL.

There's no way that the plaintiff was in and out of Home Depot in under 5 minutes, by the time somebody picked up the phone, contacted the tow company, they got their vehicle and drove over even if it was from 2 blocks away that would take at least five minutes if not a little bit longer, so he would have been in and out of the store and on his way in his vehicle if it was under 5 minutes before they could tow BUT either way he was wrong! In Detroit a tow company came under fire for bad tow practices. One guy got out at a Mcdonalds walked into the Mcdonalds wasn't in there for 5 minutes still waiting to order his food and was towed. Company said he was there for longer then the allowed time and had to pay $450. He proved he was there for 5 minutes and was given the judgement and tow company never paid him back and this has been years. The same guy went to Mcdonalds later on to help protect other people and no joke one lady got out of her car and about to walk in and here comes the tow truck to take her car. The guy ran up and told the tow truck drive to release it because she just got there, the tow truck driver didn't care until she ran up and threatened to call the cops. Now the guy was recording the whole thing and the tow truck driver realizing he's been made left the car. So yes there are guilty violators and false tows all the time. Best is prove your case, this guy didn't.

The guy says that the parking is for 5 minutes only. He also says that he got there at 1:57 and they towed it at 2:04. That seems like more than 5 minutes. That 5 minutes is way too short. Though if that's the rules, he might of been fast, but not fast enough for the 5 minute limit he says that spot has. It seems more like a 5 minute loading spot. If the 5 minutes is true. So after someone or people buy their supplies, then someone drives up and parks at the loading spot. That sound more realistic for that spot and the 5 minute parking limit.
