Been enjoying the vids, being an amatuer as well picking your target line and seeing your tangent line before shooting helps alot play your pace not anybody elses

Good job overall brother Vee. Bad habits are hard to stop doing I agree with that. Me as a SL 6 I still have some kinks I gotta improve on too so we all have them as pool players. Good video though brother. Keep shootin💯🎱

A pre shot routine forces you to slow down and look at the table more. You're doing good.

Man!!! I was in your corner, my brother! Tuff loss! Definitely have to check every line on your shots from now on. You aren't on a timer, so take all the time you need! If the shot doesn't look right or feel right when you get down behind the ball, stand up and reset.

@audrece I appreciate it, brother. We will get them on the next match🫡

You need to look at " patterns"...in that first game when you had 3 stripes left and you shot the 15 (i think) in the corner...you should have went 10 first in the corner..15 in the side then 8 in the corner...i think that would have been the right order.

Its important to line up all shots no matter how impossible...furthermore its ok to stand back up and re access the situation. This game is hard took me years to figure out the basics like straight stroke middle of the cue ball what my dominant eye is how to get on my next ball etc etc but yet i still fuck uo from time to time and thats ok. Luck is a big part of my game as well. Practice is also imporatant i miss side pockects like crazy and next alone time i get guess what im doing...practice makes better not perfect.

Here's something about that second 8 ball attempt in rack 2 to possibly think about for future games, that someone once told me about cut shots: finding where the center of the object ball is to hit it directly into the pocket can be misleading. Why? Because altho that may be the correct contact point, you don't line up the center of the cue ball with that spot because throw comes into play on cut shots. I don't know if you watch Jim Brauker any from the Jim's Place Billiards channel but he's been explaining that to one of his students, Robin, recently. Getting proper stance and alignment on the shot is much more beneficial and useful for hitting the ball in the correct spot than pointing out the contact point on the object ball.
@RealAmateurPoolMatchesАй бұрын
@@procrastinator6902 I agree I need to get behind the ball and check the alignment 🫡

@@RealAmateurPoolMatches and 1 lil tip to add to what was said above. Put a lil bottom on it and shoot it at pocket speed.but u have to practice that shoot

On that 1 ball in the corner, you didn't raise your stick, you are dropping your right shoulder when you stroke. That causes your stick to raise.

you need to learn table speeds and how fast and far the ball moves after hitting a cushion. that hill hill match. all you had to do was make the ball b4 the 8 softly and it would have lined u up on a straight shot for the 8. along with that it shouldnt have went hill hill . you had him in a 4 game match
