@@Cubanflowers It's still not an excuse. You're an adult and as a driver, you're responsible to figure it out. Plus, it's not exactly rocket science. If you can figure out how to pay a bill, which at almost 40 years old she should know how to do, she can figure out how to pay or deal with a ticket. There's literally instructions on the ticket with a number to call and a website to go to, or she could call or go to her local DMV or town hall. So her whole "I didn't know what to do" excuse doesn't fly. She's an adult, she just needs to put her big girl pants on and figure it out. It's really not that hard.

She’s also a disgusting for making that child testify against her father, knowing that that could harm their relationship; clearly she’s the type to use her children as pawns and that’s horrible. And as for the car, she didn’t care anything about it and didn’t have any intention of suing him for it until he sued her, so clearly it didn’t become his fault until he tried to hold her accountable for scamming him. Her whole countersuit was just a revenge tactic. And she’s also preventing from his seeing his daughter. She’s is disgusting! The fact her mother brought her was all that you needed to know about her because what person buys a vehicle and puts it in her ex husbands name just to avoid paying more in insurance which right there screams fraud and someone as dumb as you who claims to be an expert should know that. They BOTH should’ve been responsible for paying those tickets each time they had one. 15 tickets is way too much to show they’re not responsible drivers and shouldn’t have their license. It should’ve been revoked or suspended right away for endangering the lives of their child together knowing that vehicle was in bad condition. I wouldn't condone the father bashing mom either.. the father at least refrained from parent bashing. Why is the child in court? Why didn't the judge have the child removed in a case that only involved the parents? Judge Judy would have had the child removed from the court before taking any testimony.

What a nasty woman to first compliment him as a father then turn around and say no he wont be raising their daughter because she lost. Pathetic.

Why does she have the daughter there????? This lady parenting skills are questionable 🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨 why would Judge Milian allow this child to do this.

I love how this beautiful Defendant handles herself with such coolness- even though her act is so obviously fake. She's dangerous, and not in a good way.

Wow! The parenting skills on some of these black moms are horrendous...I'm left speechless on this one 🤐

If the father isn't doing anything for the child, why was she with him on a trip? If you don't do anything, she wouldn't be with him. She just mad.

Plaintiff's mistake: Taking out a car note for someone else in your own name. Defendant's mistakes: Raking up fines and not paying them. Also loses points for having making her young child testify. Plaintiff gets every penny back, and rightfully so.
