Hello.My question is directed to any orthopedic doctor here. Recently I suffered an injury in my lower back while performing barbell row. The symptoms revealed that I sustained a discogenic injury. I have certain questions regarding my injury as to whether it will resolve completely without any consequences and I'l be as good as before; or is this a beginning of a chronic disability that i might be facing later on in life? Does an injury this time means I'd be prone to any serious aggravated injuries in future and should I be taking any precautions for that? Is the injury going to have a longterm impact on my workout? And when should i be starting my workout again? Kindly respond as im quite worried about it.
