Only in listening to MANY of her videos am I finally getting a handle how to deal with others and MYSELF when dealing with the difficult people you have described. +MOHAN FRANK If I am understanding Shivani correctly, we must do what we think is the right thing to do without worrying about what everyone thinks because our actions will never please everyone. And, if we attempt to change our true personality according to what others think, eventually there won't be anything left to our true personality, in a way it will be like we allowed others to recreate us into Frankenstein and we will be so miserable that even though we have done what they wanted, in our miserableness, we will emit negative energy and vibrations. On the other hand, in regard to your question of the family giving her negative energy had she not stopped working because it was her choice to remain working, she would have to work on not allowing herself to react to the stimulus coming from the disgruntled in-laws. Shivani has said time and time again, other people do not cause (are not to blame) for our feelings of guilt, shame, unhappiness, but that we choose to create those emotions after receiving stimulus. The daughter in law would be responsible for seeing that she not react to the negative energy stimulus of her in-laws, with anger, resentment, hate. I hope this helps.

MOHAN FRANK if I understand correctly what sister Shivani is telling I would say ideally it's not about leaving job or continuing job but daughter in law should think of her pure consiousness and decide what to do . In that case even if she chose to work she will take complete responsibility of her duties both sides. This will give her satisfaction more than any thing else would give. And if she is happy doing job and taking care of family with whole heart no negative energy can harm her. She will always be happy and her positive energy will gradually make others happy as well.
