Companies blacklisting KZbinrs for various reasons isn’t that uncommon. LegendofTotalWar got blacklisted by Creative Assembly for speaking out against WH3 dlc prices and the dumpster fire that was Pharaoh on launch. Companies like GW and CA expect you to be their puppet for giving you the privilege of advertising their products. No wonder GW and CA get along so well. This channel wouldn’t be the same without RumorRak. So many times you got me excited with trickling rumors that grew from initially unlikely to actually probable and finally fact. GW might not agree but its what has kept me engaged with the hobby even when I had no time to paint or read or anything else. For the channel specifically its just a great content loop with you at the center. Things wouldn’t be the same without it. So GW get party A to sign an NDA/Embargo, give extra keys so footage is organically multiplayer, but have no legal agreement with recipients of those extra codes (Party B). Is Party A somehow responsible for Party B? Is Party A required to get Party B to sign an NDA/Embargo agreement and has powers to do so? GW let the cat out of the bag with this method, if I was already on the bad sides I would leave content up as it wasn't breaking any contract; if Party A can be punished thats either the worst NDA or your local courts are insane.

Chiming in, don't delete the videos. Check if you will be able to republish them after the game releases. You won't get as much viewership as if released now, but people will want to check out the game before purchase and there will still be viewers for your content. Supposedly, once the game is released, the game is public and your footage will be your own without clauses I guess. Don't throw your work down the drain right away. You can publish at release and then follow up with a release build comparison. :) Maybe I misunderstood and you were not actually going to delete everything.
