Tbh, what happened to all of the cars and your stuff is obviously tragic. 1/1 builds gone and the memories with them. Idk why, but this revival just feels..... right in a way. I normally do not like AE86's but that Bee R looks sick. I think because I came in a bit late to the drift scene and all that were around in NZ in 2010 were beaters. If only we knew then what we were thrashing and crashing.

The Bee R corolla is cool and all, not denying that fact one bit and so happy to see such an awesome car to represent the rebirth of DG. But for me personally the most well known and balanced build AE86 will always be Tsuchiya's DK white AE86 with the green carbon hood.

I've had two R33 GTSTs now, they're super solid cars honestly. Pretty timeless styling, easy to work on and get parts for, and the "boat-ness" of them was way overblown. No 90s car was quick from factory, even the GTR is slow, so who cares. The GTST wasn't as long or wide as the GTR, compared to today's cars they are tiny.
