The plaintiff brings his ex-girlfriend to court. He argues they got into a big fight at a party, and the defendant started beating his car with a stick. The defendant called the police and claimed he beat her, so he got arrested. He’s suing for bail, wrongful arrest, missing work, and car damages. The defendant says the plaintiff attacked her. She admits she hit the plaintiff’s car with a stick, but the damages aren’t as bad as he claims.

There are men who are abused by a women for years and the moment they try and defend themselves the man ends up in jail. I would have done the same thing if I ever was in this situation, to prove that he has laid hands on her. She needed proof. So what if that was not actually his doing, all the other times were. And it is definitely scary to be strong-armed by a man, if you are the female on the other side. She felt helpless. She needed evidence. In fact, my sister used to beat the shit out of me all of the time, and get away with it with our parents, because there were not any marks, so one time I scratched myself and finally showed them some evidence of her abuse to me. That was the last time she beat me up so badly.

The defendant needs to go talk with a Victim's Advocate, whether he goes to the police or not; many states offer them at no charge. He doesn't believe that he is a victim of domestic abuse & bears NO GUILT or fault. Healthy people do not handle their anger with the unchained rage of his monstrous abuser! She is a constant ticking bomb; I recognize her evil ways, far too well. He needs to square those facts in his head so he can fully escape, heal & avoid people who are just like her in the future! When my advocate told me that I was a victim (after 40 years of an abusive marriage) I was furious at her, but promised my children I would listen to her & do all she asked of me. Now, 3 years free of the monster, and I KNOW she was 100% correct. I pray this man finds the strength, before it's too late for him to escape. Not necessarily. He testified that she kept asking him to give her cell back and he wouldn't. If he would have given her cell back she would have called 911 and all the damages might not have occurred. Also he knew there was a security camera in the lot and that's why he didn't assault her in the parking lot. However he assaulted her in the back seat and she went to the ER and submitted a report of her injuries(not including the self inflicted ones)to the judge. However she has to pay for all the damages to his car.

Happened to a friend of mine. His gf and her mom got in a fight, gf (drunk) started pushing and hitting the mother around, he stepped in and intervened, grabbed the gf to tell her to calm down. There's a lot of women in the world out there. My ex being one of them. One morning my ex came down stairs kicking off, so I called the police and whilst on the phone she was hitting me in the face telling me to get off the phone. Once I got off the phone with the police I went to my best friend who then came over with me to get my daughter, It was then that my ex said to my best friend that I had been attacking her. Three police cars and a van turned up. NEVER ever ignore any red flags, if you have any doubts when you are in a relationship then it's not worth it.

She requires Severe Inpatient Psychiatric Hospitalization, Psychiatric medication & anger management. She's Not to be trusted.
