Amazing to see Joyce Sin with you - and eating real Thai food (she NEVER eats street food or from a market - usually just from hi-so or farang restaurants). I'm sure it was a good learning experience for her. To truly experience Thailand, you have to break away from just Sukhumvit Road and the tourist hotspots.

very insightful. And as I remember she doesn't eat meat. But as she promised as a guest, could have tried her best to enjoy the environment. And by the way, Opal's English accent a lot better than her (Opal has a American accent). And it is weird because from my past experience , New Zealand;s English accent is a bit hard to understand. (Cantonese is my mother tongue, so just said what i heard)
