wife and i went to costa rica. we stayed in guanacaste area, playa del coco in particular. unfortunately, we were not impressed. too much hype. by the way, i am a filipino and wife is from dominican republic. philippines and dominican republic have more to offer, cheap at that too. we made a quick trip to nicaragua instead. not coming back. we're heading to peru to visit machu pichu soon...
