Many thanks! Share my videos and channel about so I can show my wife that all this will eventually pay off 😄

What a machine.... Just so you know the layout image you showed before asking what the new kit was had it drawn in position! So even before you revealed what you had invested in it was on the image 😁. Get a website up and running asap so Google indexes it ready to go live and sell your services. For moving vehicles on your own I used to use a solid tow pole on the towing eyes. You could also make one with 2 tow ball couplings and a 50mm box section!

Can't wait to see it when all your gear is set up and you've got the POWER installed!

Great to see that you take Health and safety seriously Adam and you had the umbrella up on the pub crawler to protect yourself from sunburn 😂

Doubles as a roll cage too 😄 Actually I've been on this when it toppled over. 3 sat on one side, 1 the other, the 1 got off and over it went! The table top was full of empty and partially empty cans of beer. The umbrella did nothing to help the roll over 😄

If you offer that service then will definitely keep it in mind. And as everyone else has said great video.

Plasma table - clue was in the plan of the workshop! Reckon you are on to something with the subcontract cutting. You could be the UK equivalent of Send Cut Send (Superfast Matt is a fan).

😄 Doh! I try and get Rowena to proof watch my videos but she tries to worm out of it! In the video where I swap the Land Rover for the Uaz I say in the first 30 seconds "I'm sure the Land Rover will be fine but I'm not sure about the Uaz" I had to re-upload it with the word silenced 😄

I'm only halfway through the video so I might be getting ahead of myself. If you haven't got the extra 100A circuit installed yet, try and get a network cable running from the house at the same time if you can. Get internet and/or network connectivity back to the house. Just a bit of future proofing.

See gingium, he makes good use of a cnc plasma cutter, he takes photo and overlays the design program on the photo (on the computer) seems to make fabrication very easy.

I like that idea. I've thought about using phone scanning/pictures for design purposes

Very much like you Adam, I just bought myself a new new cnc plasma cutter but went the Arcdroid route, cnc cutting takes your fabrication ability to a whole new level. People now even think I'm pretty good at it 😅
@LivingMyBoostLife Жыл бұрын
I love the idea of the Arcdroid but the fact that I'm drawn to CNC plasma cutting for bell housing adaptors means it's not big enough. How you getting on with it? I've heard the worst thing about them is you become reliant on them and if they ever go wrong you loathe the idea of using hand tools 😄

@@LivingMyBoostLife it's a great piece of kit. I don't have quite the garage realestate you have so compact is key for me. Also the trace function means quick cloning of parts. Had to laugh as well when you said you don't have enough power for it in your workshop as I also have this issue. I have 2x 30m extension leads going across the garden. It does power the plasma cutter but only bloody just!

@@SlightlyModifiedUk The temptation to make do is a strong one! To 'test' my mill I got some 1mm lighting 3 core and fitted a 20amp plug to it and ran it diagonally across the (old) workshop floor 😄 It didn't even get warm! I think it's more that I wasn't asking much from it! The motor is bloody huge on that mill
