Much respect to you Adrienne for speaking specifically of the problem. Many people suffer on a daily basis and are totally misunderstood. To some it would be a blessing to have some type of physical condition, something that screams "Please Help Me...Please"!!! But unfortunately people as such live a tortured, tormented existence... Anyone reading this please pray for my best friend ____. Please support NAMI. Please pray for this young lady, my best friend and many many other ones who suffer. GOD BLESS

@adrienneu9490Ай бұрын
@3rdstone311 absolutely I could see in this girls eyes that she is struggling, and it's not due to lack of knowing she is beautiful. The mind can be tricky and cause people to not say anything until it's too late. It can be debilitating battling something internal that others see as irrational. I'm praying for your friend and others struggling on the daily 🙏🏽
@adrienneu9490Ай бұрын
@jamalj8660 of course! Especially men b/c they tend to bottle things up and sometimes feel like their problems fall on deaf ears. Everyone struggles male or female, and I want anyone who struggles with anxiety or depression to seek help.

Eh, can't say that for all mothers, or fathers in that case. Some parents are unfortunately super abusive and use kids for clout, status symbols, or servants. If you've ever seen the book "A Child Called It" (or something like that), it'll tell you a most horrible story that one would think was made up, but I don't think even great horror/thriller authors like Steven King could come up with something that horrible (as in, tragic to the person who had to suffer through it). I should say that I did not have this kind of relationship with my parents, thank goodness. But not every mother is a caring or loving woman - nor deserves to have a child, like no child should ever have a "parent" like that.

JM sounds super judgy for something she says she not judging. The Defendant convinced the Plaintiff to enter a situation she couldn't afford by herself, then he ducked out of the "adult" experiment. You sign a lease, you're on the hook for the lease. Being on the precipice of homelessness is extremely stressful and depressing. Nothing wrong about her communicating the results of his actions to him. Learning your pregnant after a breakup isn't a conspiracy. There's tons of single parents out there with that exact same story. That dude was a sorry excuse for a mommy's boy. Period.

But here are you saying he's a mommy's boy when you don't know what HIS life is like. He could have barriers that prevent him from living without a caretaker, or maybe he's the caretaker of his mother. Maybe he just didn't want to leave a home that gave him comfort. No one really asked about his life before meeting this woman or what he does for his mother. We just know that he missed the comforts of home, his mother, and his cat. Everyone made impulse decisions here and it came to bite them in the butt. We don't even know if the two had a sexual relationship. Moving in with each other doesn't equal getting in bed and getting it on every time. I could see this being seen as a lie as well just so she could have him back - especially if some women in breakups suddenly have a baby inside of them. HMMM WHERE DID THAT COME FROM? You'd think she would've said "I'm pregnant" at another time, especially if they did have a sexual relationship. I probably sound rather judgemental here as well, but you can't really judge a book by its cover.

It doesn’t matter, the fragile girl got her money it all that mattered. He could’ve left her high and dry! And waited on a lawsuit or not. As long as he broke up with her it’s all that counts! He was tired of her. 🤔Would you rather they lie and cheat on you or stay with you when they hate you, just to use you? Life isn’t perfect deal with it!

"Strong" people go through a lot without sharing it with anybody. Check on your "strong" friends and family members. Everyone handles breakups differently. The Plaintiff had strong feelings for the defendant and the way he left was devastating leaving her to pay the rest of the lease alone. I know the Plaintiff was hurt, but maybe the defendant leaving was a good thing. This is a huge red flag, if he left you high and dry with an apartment then he'll do the same with everything else that gets tough. THANK GOODNESS YOU DIDN'T HAVE ANY CHILDREN!!!! You would of been left alone raising children! Consider yourself lucky! You are gorgeous you won't have any problem finding a good responsible man!! Don't give up, your life matters!!!!!!!!

It’s better to break up over the phone sometimes cause I can tell you about 3 dead people who did it in person and it was the last thing they did. So a person can break a lease & only have to pay 3 months after breaking the lease. That's good to know.
@dec1slhАй бұрын
The landlord has to try to mitigate their damages. I broke a lease and someone moved in by the first. The landlord tried to sue for the remaining months on the lease. He lost the case because he didn't miss out on any money.
@panamafernandez4641Ай бұрын
The landlord doesn't have to do anything but collect rent. He doesn't have to help find a new roommate or anything like that. But the landlord has final say on the new leasee, if they don't pass the background check, the landlord doesn't have to accept them. The people on the lease are responsible for paying rent. Period. If she placed ads for rent & showed the place, she did what she's supposed to do.
@dec1slhАй бұрын
@panamafernandez4641 the landlord has to try mitigate damages once someone breaks the lease. If they don't they only get 2 - 3 months worth of rent.
@panamafernandez4641Ай бұрын
@@dec1slh Let's be clear. You're responsible for paying the rent for the length of the lease, unless the the place is uninhabitable. You were LUCKY the landlord got someone in & didn't lose anymore, otherwise, you would've been on the hook, voluntarily or through civil action. I'm sure the landlord told you they had someone waiting otherwise you would've been responsible for your lease.
@dec1slhАй бұрын
@panamafernandez4641 I may have been lucky, but I moved out because I was robbed by the people in the unit next to me who happen to be related to the landlord. Had he not found someone, he could have sued for the remainder of the lease. But he had an obligation to try to mitigate his damages, if he did nothing to try to find a tenant, he would have only gotten 2 - 3 months worth of rent. Most people don't go to court when sued so they get a default judgement against them for the amount of the original lawsuit. In hindsight, I think that is what previously happened with other tenants, but I showed up to court and pled my case. FYI - the landlord didn't tell me anything, we weren't on speaking terms, but I wasn't risking my life and possessions by staying there. Even if I would have had to pay, some things are not worth the risk
