Raiders in Guild Wars 2 are often hungry for ever-more challenging content, so today we decided to stop asking and solve the problem ourselves! Being underlevelled doesn't just mean that our stats are weaker - elite specialisations aren't available until 80, and a lot of the stronger stat combinations simply cannot be found on sub-80 gear. Will we manage to triumph over the bosses of Spirit Vale or will we get HARDSTUCK?

considering you can 5man these encounters this isnt surprising at all. Raids are braindead easy once you know how to play and if you have the patience to do mechanics for as long as needed (for example at dhuum)

Exp player: Monday, start raid at 12 am .. from w1. w1 done. ALL day non stop. w5 - sh, and statues done .. Next run on w4. Now on W4 last boss 2 hours. No cms. Still not started w2367

Reaper absolutely has a place in raids, as a DPS class, reaper has very good cleave damage with things like gravedigger and shroud4, and good utility skills to bring things like CC/pulls or projectile protection or you could play condi scourge and do more DPS by autoattacking and pressing epidemic :^)

Reaper is just fine. Deals good damage and has plenty of CC. Literally it deals more damage than guardian did in my time when guardian was played all the time. You don’t need the best of the best dps class. A good dps class that you can play well will do much better than a great dps class that you don’t feel comfortable on. If you fill all the dps with reapers that know how to play it, the bosses will still melt like ice cream on a summers day. Seriously, don’t let any idiot tell you that any of the DPS builds on SC website are not viable. The only thing that’ll make a build unviable is a trash player. Btw I just checked the benchmarks from previous patch and reaper is literally just 1k behind guardian, but it’s much easier to play. Which means an average reaper will always outdps an average DH.

Heals are too strong right now, to the point you can just eat/aegis any damaging mechanic that doesn't insta kill you, and devs dont nerf healing because players will complain

Uhm. Well that’s exactly the point of a healer or prot guard. To make sure you don’t die from things that don’t outright kill you. List mechanics, besides VG greens, that you would otherwise have to deal with but can now be outhealed. And on the side of aegis. That’s literally the job of a guardian. To provide aegis to your party so they don’t get eaten in case they can’t dodge or forget to dodge. That’s the whole fun of it. And it takes skill and knowledge to do. And there aren’t even that many mechanics that you CAN aegis.
