Word of advice, Pepto isn't intended prior to spicy food. Antacids are intended for during and post spicy foods. If you want pre spicy food protection, you wanna ingest something such as a 20 mg Pepcid AC.

I tried this challenge, and it was so excruciatingly painful, I ended with three and a half wings left, and my friend had to wait for at least an hour before I stopped vomiting and going back and forth to and from the bathroom. I came across this channel via shorts randomly and asked what everyone else had been for however long. I caught myself up to speed, and I personally don’t particularly care for it; not in a dismissive way-but more so the fact that the content is still coming to me is all that counts; and the fact that you enjoy doing it! If JP doesn’t, well to each their own yk? but knowing you are essentially at the helm of it all is great to hear bc you are passionate. I was around for the hay day, and while it may not be what it used to in the logistical aspects of it all-the soul of HellthyJunkFood is strong, its present, and I commend you for that Julia!
